Recurrence Error

Recurrence is a fast-paced first-person movement shooter built in Unreal Engine 5. Inspired by classic arena shooters, the game focuses on speed, flow, and skill-based traversal rather than complex weapon loadouts. Players are trapped inside a simulated training arena where constant movement is the key to survival. Dash, slide, jump, and strafe through handcrafted levels, eliminate enemies, and use the environment creatively to stay alive. The project is developed as a portfolio prototype with a strong emphasis on level design, movement mechanics, and readable combat spaces.
